The workflow receives a collaboration enquiry, checks whether it already exists, extracts the useful details with AI, validates the result and stores a clean record for follow-up.

A fresh manual test using sample-dr-melaxin-ugc-002 completed successfully: the duplicate check passed, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite extracted the collaboration details, n8n validated the structured result and Airtable saved a new Dr. Melaxin record.
